Let's get sleeping:
A personalized one-on-one sleep coaching experience (2 weeks) to get your child 's sleep on track.

Includes:

  • 1-hour video or phone consultation to deep dive into your child's sleep history, challenges, family goals and plan. 

  • Personalized sleep plan created with step-by-step instructions tailored to overcome sleep struggles.

  • Unlimited email support for two weeks. I will be checking in daily, reviewing stats, and making sure we are on the right track.​

  • Guide for future expectations, bumps and transitions.

  • Wrap-up 15 minute call within 2 weeks.

  • + Option to add daytime text message support for an additional $100

  • Looking for customized hands-on, one-on-one support (not generic advice).

  • Ready for your child to sleep independently through the night and for naps. 

  • Are dealing with ongoing sleep challenges such as frequent night wakings, short naps, early mornings, or bedtime struggles.

  • Want to work together on a sleep training method (doesn't have to be cry-it-out!).

  • Value accountability, reassurance, and expert guidance throughout the process.

One time call designed for parents who want expert answers, clarify and confidence.

    • Open Q&A focused entirely on your child’s sleep

    • Guidance on:

      • sleep schedules & wake windows

      • bedtime routines

      • night wakings & early mornings

      • naps, transitions, regressions

      • age-appropriate expectations​

This call is ideal if you’re:

  • Feeling stuck and want insight on a particular issue. 

  • Unsure whether your child’s sleep challenges are “normal”.

  • Have recently sleep trained but have come across an unknown issue.

  • Not ready for formal sleep training but want clear direction.

  • Looking to troubleshoot a sleep challenge.

  • Please note: This is a one-time consultation only and does not include a written sleep plan or follow-up coaching. I also do not provide a full-on sleep training method here- rather, I provide tips, insights, and clarity.

The "Let's get sleeping" package includes two weeks of one-on-one coaching, personalized to help your little one sleep better. I take the time to understand your parenting style, your baby’s temperament, and your family’s sleep goals, so I can create a tailored plan that helps everyone get to sleep.

I’ll provide you with an intake form to gather the essentials about your baby’s sleep challenges and your family’s goals.

On a one-hour phone or video call, we’ll go over a custom sleep plan to help your baby sleep better now and in the future.

Time to sleep! I'll be there to support you with any questions or concerns.
