All sleep packages include two weeks of one-on-one coaching, personalized to help your little one sleep better. I take the time to understand your parenting style, your baby’s temperament, and your family’s sleep goals, so I can create a tailored plan that helps everyone get to sleep.

I’ll provide you with an intake form to gather the essentials about your baby’s sleep challenges and your family’s goals.

On a one-hour phone or video call, we’ll go over a custom sleep plan to help your baby sleep better now and in the future.

Time to sleep! I'll be there to support you with any questions or concerns.
